PPP’s parliamentary body discusses strategy for SA’s next session

KARACHI, Jan 6 (APP) - The parliamentary party of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), in the Sindh Assembly held a detailed discussion with regard to the agenda for next session of the Provincial Assembly at a meeting here on Thursday. Parliamentary party’s leader, Pir Mazhar- ul- Haq presided over the meeting at Sindh Chief Minister House here, said a statement.

The meeting discussed the agenda of the Sindh Assembly’s next session as well as chalked out a strategy in this regard.
The participants reposed their full and complete confidence in the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and the Party leadership.
They also offered fateha for Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
The meeting also expressed deep grief and sorrow over the assassination of Punjab Governor Salman Taseer and offered fateha for him.
Sindh CM, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Speaker SA, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Sindh Law Minister, Muhammad Ayaz Soomro and other members of the parliamentary party also spoke on the occasion.
Total 65 participants including, Leader of the House in Sindh Assembly and CM Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Speaker Sindh Assembly, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Muhammad Ayaz Soomro, Agha Siraj Durrani, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Jam Mehtab Dahar, Ms. Shazia Marri and Ms. Tauqeer Fatima Bhutto attended the meeting
